One of the most outstanding features of the Parkside Residence’s building services is the monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling heating/cooling system, which is completely invisible yet highly efficient in maintaining the right temperature throughout the home.
What does this mean in practice?

- Completely silent operation – no fan, no noise
- It’s aesthetically pleasing – no need for radiators or split air conditioners
