To facilitate your financial planning, we recommend that you check with your own credit institution or another financier, which can help you apply for a preferential mortgage or assess your financial resources. If you have received the appropriate information and can corresponds to the requirements for financing before signing the Agreement, the Agreement can be finalised.

Once the ideal apartment has been selected, the registration agreement is concluded. Upon payment of the registration fee, the apartment will be reserved for you without any changes until the date indicated in the Agreement.

You will also find technical  specifications to meet customer modifications and a product catalogue to help you create the most optimal, personalised home. This user interface will help you at every stage of the entire process and you will always find all the information you need in one place.

All terms and conditions are known and the purchase decision is final. By signing a pre-purchase contract in the presence of our lawyer, the developer (seller) guarantees to build and deliver a turnkey home to you under certain conditions. The buyer agrees to pay the purchase price and to fulfil all other obligations as set out in the contract.
We will discuss the details of the final design and technical specifications of your home. In our sales office, we will show you the optional packages and explain the conditions of the possible technical choices.
We will finalise the content of the chosen material package and any technical changes in person or online. If the modified plan and it is construction costs are in accordance, we will record them in a protocol. If a modification is required, a preliminary quotation will be provided, if it is satisfactory, the cost of the modification(s) will be paid within two working days of the signing of the contract modification. The possibilities for modification will depend on the progress of the works. No further amendments may be requested by the buyer after the expiry of the deadline set by the contractor (seller), even at an additional charge.

The final sales contract will be signed once the full amount has been paid. The contract will also include a proposal for the registration of the change of ownership, which will ensure the transfer of ownership of the property from the builder to the new owner.

The apartment will be handed over on a date agreed in advance. Any deficiencies will be documented and corrected in the handover report. Once the keys are handed over, you can enjoy your new home!
