A new chapter begins on the site of the iconic Szikra Nyomda, as the site, vacant for more than 15 years, is transformed into homes where modern trends meet classic lines.

The magnificent 9300 m² “eco” Vizafogó Park is the newest community centre, with a small lake surrounded by benches and loungers.

In the middle of the park is a lake surrounded by benches and loungers, with a bridge over the water. A 50 square metre pavilion has been built on the main walkway around the lake – with a café, a buffet and a terrace overlooking the water. In addition, the project is being implemented in an “eco-park” style, with a focus on climate protection and sustainability.

The park will also include 31 bike racks, 2 drinking fountains, 24 benches, 9 deck chairs, 17 waste bins, 2 foosball tables, 2 ping-pong tables, an outdoor fitness area with rubber surfaces and a specially paved running track around the park.
