Bernecker Zrt. is a Hungarian-owned construction company with a 25-year history. It is the general contractor for the Parkside Residence residential complex in the XIII district of Budapest. The project, commissioned by the Czech-based Urban Developers and Investors Group (UDI Group), will be implemented in four phases, offering a total of 324 apartments in the neighbourhood of the Göncz Árpád City Centre and Vizafogó Park.
Bernecker Zrt. is committed to high quality construction and sustainability, as demonstrated by its numerous previous projects. The company has completed more than 270,000 square metres of buildings over the past five years, including industrial properties, hotels, office buildings and residential buildings.
The apartments in Parkside Residence will be equipped with a state-of-the-art heat-pump ceiling cooling-heating system, ensuring an A+ energy rating and low overheads. A Staybridge Suites Hotel will also be built as part of the complex and will be operated by Mogotel, primarily for business tourists.
